SHIPPING POLICY
Our unique beauty products are shipped worldwide to over 200+ countries around the world. However, there are some locations we may be unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you directly via email. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
International orders - We SHIP Worldwide!
We offer free tracked shipping for orders over 250USD. For orders below 250USD a shipping fee and delivery time of your order will be calculated and added to your basket at checkout. Shipping cost depends on the final weight of the package and your country location. Please note orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
We work with trusted shipping suppliers such as DHL, UPS etc. and will help find the best shipping rate for you at the time.
- Estimated processing time: up to 2-5 business days – please contact us directly if your order is urgent
- Estimated shipping time: 7-15 business days (varies by country)
Once your package is sent you will receive and email with a tracking number. Please note once orders are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
If you haven’t received your parcel item for a long time please contact the shipping courier with your tracking code or you can also contact our team through email at hello@lushlyco.com for assistance.
WRONG ADDRESS
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned back to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. We don't have any additional insights or ways to track your package besides the same tracking info provided to you.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the respected carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a week after you receive your tracking link. But if your order was placed more than a week and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
